Rates and payment
The prices are per person and day with half board. Room with breakfast: Deduction of € 15.00 per person and day from the respective room price. In addition, a local tax of € 3.20 per day and person aged 14 and over must be paid on site.

As soon as we have received the payment, the booking is final.
The remaining amount can be paid in cash on site.
Cancellation
Up to 60 days before the agreed arrival date at the latest, the accommodation contract can be canceled by the guest or the customer by means of a unilateral written declaration without payment of a cancellation fee.
The deposit is required for the fixed reservation and will be collected for the reservation of the room in the event of non-arrival.
Terms for cancellation:
- 30 days or more before arrival: we charge 40% of the total booking price;
- 15 days or more before arrival: we charge 70% of the total booking price;
- 7 days or less before arrival: we charge 90% of the total booking price.
- Early departure: we charge the total booking price in full.
- No-show without cancellation: we charge the total booking price in full.
Cancellation must be made by unilateral written declaration and must be received at the latest within the above-mentioned periods (30, 15 or 7 days) before the agreed arrival date.
The agreed price is the price for accommodation, meals and any other services.
If not all booked beds are occupied or canceled, the percentage shall only apply to the agreed price for the unoccupied or canceled beds.

Daily breakfast: from 8.00 – 10.00 a.m.

Terrace and bar: open from 3 pm, closed on Tuesday (also closed in the evening)
Dietary needs – vegetarian meals and food intolerances
There is a choice of one vegetarian main course every day on the evening menu. We charge a small surcharge for the preparation of a complete 5-course vegetarian menu. Please let us know at the time of booking.
In the case of lactose or gluten intolerance, etc., we are unfortunately unable to provide separate dishes for breakfast or the evening menu, as our kitchen is not equipped for the separate preparation of meals.
For our four-legged guests
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. We apply a surcharge of €15 per day (food excluded) to cover for the end-of-stay deep cleaning service. Please be aware that dogs are not allowed in the dining room. However, if kept on a lead, they are welcome to join you at the bar or on the sun terrace, where we are happy to serve your meal on request.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking establishment – smoking is prohibited in all areas.
