The rich palette of Italian cuisine, from the South Tyrolean mountains to the Mediterranean, in just one menu: Stefan knows the best dishes like the back of his hand, and has gone as far as improving on them with his own personal touch. Only the best for our guests: fresh, seasonal produce from local suppliers, and rigorously homemade dishes. This attention to quality, together with the cosy ambience of our stone pine wood-panelled parlour and our dining room with its crackling open fire, is how we turn each meal into an indulgent experience.

At dinner, we will spoil your palate with a fine 5-course menu and a salad buffet. You can choose either meat or a vegetarian option as your main course, and our Katrin will be happy to pour a good wine to match from our wine cellar.

Homemade tastes better, and we swear by it. We put local ingredients and lots of love into our dishes: from the fresh bread rolls, jams and croissants at breakfast to our pasta dishes and sauces, 90% of what we serve is made by us.
